Probus clubs are organizations for retired people who wish to maintain a social network with others who have similar interests. There are more than 4,000 Probus Clubs worldwide with over 300,000 members. Probus Perth is a
particularly active club with more than 200 enthusiastic members. The club
normally has monthly meetings, excluding July and August, featuring interesting and entertaining speakers and presenters on an eclectic range of topics. Members have the opportunity to talk about their own life experiences and it has been said that the country could be run by the members of our club based on their talents and achievements. Optional social activities are numerous and varied and include such things as annual trips to the 1000 Island Playhouse, local dinner / theatre events, fall bus trips to interesting sites, seasonal parties and lunches.......and much more. New members are always welcome, but we have a cap on membership set at 205 members.

The Perth Probus Club meets on the first Wednesday of each month
September through June at 10:00am, usually with coffee and socializing beforehand.
Royal Canadian Legion Hall, 26 Beckwith St., Perth
Visitors from other Probus Clubs and guests of members are always welcome to attend.
We also have provided access to each meeting via ZOOM for those unable to attend in person
for a number of years, but as of January 2024 we have gone back to in-person meetings only
to make it a little less onerous for our Tech Team.
