Annual General Meeting

Annual General Meetings are the time when generous members agree to put up their hands to serve and volunteer for the club for the coming year. We are so fortunate to have members who are willing to do this and to carry through with their commitment. It is one of the keys to making our club such a thriving organization. 

The AGM is also the time our treasurer presents the financial statements, when our members are asked to vote on and approve the new Board and ratify the Financial Report. We count on our  members' involvement in these endeavours and thank you.
