Membership Application

New members are usually sponsored by an existing club member.

Anyone interested in joining the Probus Club of Perth is asked to complete the application form below.

There is an initiation fee of $10.00 and an annual membership fee, currently set at $35. Payment of the membership fee occurs when a membership place becomes available.

NOTE: Cap on membership

We have a limit of 200 members. Depending on when you apply, you may be added to our waiting list.
